Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://apexrvparkllc.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Apex RV Park LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Apex RV Park LLC markets and arranges RV Site Rentals, RV Campground, Full Hookup RV Site, Monthly RV Rentals, Long Term RV Park. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. Apex RV Park LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Warranty Disclaimer. Apex RV Park LLC makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Apex RV Park LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex RV Park LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WY, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in WY.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
